Pussho is a pet-focused social platform operated by Bridge Byte Tech. We are committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment for all users.
These Child Safety Standards explain Pussho's approach to preventing and addressing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, grooming, and other child-safety violations on the platform.
These standards apply to all Pussho users, content, communications, profiles, marketplace activity, groups, events, and other features available through Pussho.
1Minimum Age
Pussho is intended for users aged 13 and above.
Users must provide accurate information about their age and must not create or maintain an account if they are below the minimum age permitted by Pussho or applicable law.
Pussho does not intentionally provide an account to children below the minimum age requirement.
If we become aware that an account belongs to a person who does not meet the minimum age requirement, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate that account and take appropriate steps concerning associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
2Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Exploitation
Pussho has zero tolerance for content or conduct involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
The following activities are prohibited:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sexualized images, videos, or other content involving minors.
- Sexual exploitation or sexualization of children.
- Grooming or attempts to establish inappropriate sexual relationships with minors.
- Sexual solicitation or sexual communication involving minors.
- Requests for, offers of, or distribution of sexual content involving minors.
- Threats, coercion, blackmail, or extortion involving sexual content of a minor.
- Facilitating, promoting, arranging, or encouraging child sexual exploitation.
- Using Pussho to identify, target, recruit, or exploit children for sexual purposes.
- Sharing links, files, instructions, or other material intended to facilitate child sexual exploitation.
- Impersonation or deceptive conduct used to exploit or sexually target a child.
- Any other conduct involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Attempting to circumvent Pussho's safety systems or moderation processes does not make prohibited conduct acceptable.
3Child Safety Reporting
Pussho provides in-app reporting mechanisms that allow users to report content, accounts, messages, or other activity that may violate our safety standards.
Users can report child-safety concerns through the available reporting functionality in the app.
Reports may include concerns relating to:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Suspected CSAM.
- Grooming.
- Sexual solicitation involving minors.
- Harassment or bullying of minors.
- Threats or coercion involving minors.
- Other conduct that may place a child at risk.
Users should provide sufficient information to help our safety and moderation team understand the concern.
Pussho does not require a user to publicly disclose sensitive information about a child in order to submit a report.
4Emergency and Immediate Safety Concerns
If a child is in immediate physical danger, users should contact the appropriate emergency services or law-enforcement authority in their location.
Pussho's reporting tools are not a replacement for emergency services.
Where appropriate and legally required, Pussho may cooperate with competent authorities and provide information in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
5Moderation and Enforcement
Pussho uses a combination of automated safety mechanisms, platform controls, user reports, and human administrative review to enforce its community standards.
Reported content or accounts may be reviewed by authorized Pussho administrators or moderators.
Depending on the circumstances and severity of a violation, Pussho may:
- Remove or restrict content.
- Restrict an account or specific functionality.
- Suspend an account.
- Permanently ban an account.
- Remove related content or activity.
- Preserve relevant information where appropriate or legally required.
- Escalate a matter for further investigation.
- Cooperate with law enforcement or other competent authorities where appropriate or legally required.
Severe child-safety violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without prior warning.
6Private Communications
Pussho provides private and group messaging, including the ability to exchange text, images, videos, audio, documents, and other supported content.
Pussho does not represent that private messages are end-to-end encrypted.
Users should not use Pussho to engage in sexual communication involving minors or any other prohibited conduct.
Where permitted by law and necessary for safety, security, moderation, legal compliance, or investigation of reported violations, authorized personnel may access relevant information in accordance with Pussho's Privacy Policy and applicable policies.
7User Reporting and Blocking
Pussho provides safety controls that may include reporting, blocking, muting, restricting, and other account or content controls.
Users are encouraged to report suspicious or harmful behavior rather than engaging with or escalating the situation themselves.
Users should preserve relevant information when submitting a serious safety report, where doing so can be done safely and lawfully.
8Prohibited Attempts to Circumvent Safety Controls
Users must not attempt to bypass Pussho's child-safety protections, moderation systems, reporting mechanisms, account restrictions, or enforcement actions.
This includes creating replacement accounts after enforcement, using misleading identities, manipulating content to evade moderation, or otherwise attempting to continue prohibited activity.
9Cooperation With Authorities
Pussho may cooperate with law-enforcement agencies, child-protection authorities, or other competent governmental authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.
Where legally required, Pussho may preserve or disclose relevant information associated with suspected child exploitation or other serious safety violations.
Any disclosure of personal information is handled in accordance with applicable law and Pussho's Privacy Policy.
10Privacy and Child Safety
Pussho takes privacy and child safety seriously.
Information associated with safety reports, investigations, enforcement actions, and account security may be processed for purposes including:
- Preventing abuse and exploitation.
- Protecting users and the community.
- Investigating reported violations.
- Enforcing Pussho's Terms of Service.
- Preventing fraud and abuse.
- Maintaining platform security.
- Complying with legal obligations.

11Appeals
Users may have access to an appeal process for eligible enforcement actions.
Appeals may be reviewed by authorized personnel, and enforcement decisions may be maintained, modified, or overturned depending on the circumstances.
Pussho may limit or reject appeals involving serious or clearly established violations, subject to applicable law and our platform policies.

13Prohibited Marketplace and Other Activity
Pussho's marketplace, adoption, lost-and-found, social, messaging, and other features must not be used to facilitate the exploitation, trafficking, abuse, or sexual exploitation of children.
Any attempt to use Pussho's platform or services for illegal activity involving children may result in immediate enforcement action and, where appropriate or legally required, escalation to competent authorities.
14Changes to These Standards
Pussho may update these Child Safety Standards when our services, safety systems, legal obligations, or industry practices change.
Updated standards will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
